Refund policy
RETURNS
At Moments of Bliss Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may return unused candles in its original up-opened packaging within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to momentsofblisscandleco.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved we will send you the return address and your Return Authorization number.
- Please be sure that your package is returned using the same or similar packaging materials. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.
- Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
- All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.

- The return label should be scanned with the carrier within the 30 days of delivery.
- Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund or loss of a refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
